The below policies are in addition to, and supplement, Black Buffalo’s Terms of Service found here (the “General Terms”). In the event of any conflict between any policy and the General Terms, the General Terms shall govern. We reserve the right to update, change, replace or terminate any or all of our policies by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for such changes.
SHIPPING POLICY
As of May 27, 2024, Black Buffalo is partnered with Cart.com as our dedicated third-party fulfillment company.
Below are the details on how this may affect the delivery of your order:
Fulfillment Time
Cart.com guarantees same-day fulfillment for orders placed before 12pm CST Monday - Friday. If an order is placed after 2pm CST, it will be fulfilled the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order is fulfilled. If you do not receive an email confirming order fulfillment, please reach out to our customer service team via info@blackbuffalo.com or by chat on the website.
Occasional delays may be caused during which Cart.com is unable to meet their guarantee, in which case we will refund your shipping cost in full. Please reach out to our customer service team via info@blackbuffalo.com or by chat on the website if you experience a fulfillment delay. Note: There is no fulfillment on Saturdays or Sundays.

USPS Ground Advantage
We estimate delivery times for orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Innovations to arrive 6-8 days after purchase. The average delivery time for orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage is 6 days after purchase.
USPS Ground Advantage costs $3 for all customers.
Addresses to PO Boxes and military addresses (FPO, DPO, APO) must be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail
We estimate delivery times for orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail to arrive 4-5 days after purchase. The average delivery time for orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail is 4 days after purchase.
USPS Priority Mail costs $6 for all customers.

UPS Ground

UPS 2nd Day Air
We estimate delivery times for orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air to arrive 2-3 days after purchase. The average delivery time for orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air is 3 days after purchase.
UPS 2nd Day Air costs $9 for all customers.

Adult Signature on Delivery (ASOD)
For certain products and shipments to certain locations, an adult signature (21+) will be required upon delivery to comply with legal regulations. If your order is shipped with ASOD, please note the following:

The courier will require a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery to confirm the recipient's age.

The recipient must be available to accept and sign for the delivery. If no eligible adult is present, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pick-up.

A small fee may apply for shipments requiring an adult signature. This fee will be disclosed at checkout.

If the delivery fails after multiple attempts or the package is not picked up within the courier's specified timeframe, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees will apply for orders requiring a second shipment.
Subscription Orders
All subscriptions are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure complete order accuracy at the most affordable price.

Subscription shipping via USPS Ground Advantage costs $3 for all customers.

REFUND POLICY
Not for you? No worries, boss. We have a 30-day return or exchange policy for all of our products. If you don't dig Black Buffalo, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. (Note: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.)
